How do I subscribe to Premium Workplace content?

Where can I find the details of my subscription?

You can find the details of your subscription in your “My Account”. Once logged in, scroll down to “Product & Services”. Click on your subscription for details. 

Can I change my subscription term?

Yes you can. You can update your subscription in “My Account”. Under “Product & Services”, click on your subscription. Inside your subscription, click on the blue button, “Upgrade”. On this page, you can select the new subscription term. This new subscription term will commence when your current subscription term has completed.

How do I turn on/off auto renew?

You can turn off/on auto renew in your “My Account”. Log into your “My Account” Under “Product & Services”, click on your subscription. Inside your subscription, click on the “Auto-renew” toggle to turn on/off. If the toggle is green, auto renew is on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by logging into your Member Account using your login details, clicking ‘My Account’, scroll down to ‘Products & Services’ and select your subscription. From here, de-selecting the ‘Auto-Renew’ toggle against your subscription.

The subscription cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current subscription period, so you can continue to enjoy full access to the applicable benefits until that date.

Can I get re-credited of the 3 free articles?

The 3 free articles are complimentary as a mean for members to trial the service. Once redeemed they cannot be re-credited.

Can I re-subscribe at a later date using the same details including credit card number?

You can re-subscribe anytime and use the same credit card details if you have chosen to save your credit card details in the system. You can find the subscription page link on the cancellation email you received from My Business.

Is there a limit on how many times you can stop a daily subscription?

No, there is no limit. You can cancel your daily subscription and then resubscribe as often as you like.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Log into “My Account”, click on the “Transactions” tab. On the right hand side of your subscription, you can email yourself an invoice by clicking on the envelope icon. Or you can download your invoice by clicking on the download icon.

What is Ask an Expert?

Ask an Expert is part of your Premium Workplace Content subscription. This service allows you to submit a workplace question to our representatives at My Business. They will respond to you by email.

How do I know that I am reading a Premium Workplace content article?

All Premium Workplace content is identified by a diamond icon across the website.

How do I add a credit card in payment method?

Log into your “My Account”, under “Product & Services”, click on your premium subscription. Click on the “Cards” tab, then click on the green “Add card” button to add new credit card details.

How do I update my credit card details and payment method?

Log into your “My Account”, under “Product & Services”, click on your premium subscription.

  • Click on the “Cards” tab, then click on the pen icon to update your credit card details.
  • Or in the “Library” tab under your subscription details, click on “Manage” and then “Update renewal payment method”

How do I renew my subscription?

Make sure you have “Auto-renew” switched on in “My Account”. To do this, log into “My Account”. Under “Product & Services”, click on your premium subscription. In the Library tab, to the right of your subscription is the “Auto-renew” toggle. If the toggle is green, auto-renew is switched on. If not, click on the toggle to turn it on/green to make sure your subscription renews.

How will I know if my subscription has expired?

You will receive an email from My Business when your subscription has expired. Your subscription will also no longer appear in “My Account” under “Products & Services".

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset?

Reset your password by following the Forgot your Password link on the log in page.

  • Enter your My Business membership email address and click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
  • You will receive an email sent to the My Business email address that you entered to reset your password. In this email you will receive a verification code.
  • Enter your verification code on the reset password page into the Verification Code box.
  • Click VERIFY CODE button.
  • You will be prompted to create a new password and confirm the new password. Enter your details and click CONTINUE to log back into the site.

Can I share my login with someone else?

You must keep your login details safe and must not share them with any person other than an authorised user. You are responsible for any actions of your Authorised User(s) and/or taken using your Member Account or under any Subscription, whether or not they are taken by the Member or any Authorised Users.

You must not use any other person’s login details to access the Platform (except where you are an Authorised User of a Member and you use that Member’s login details to access the Platform).
