MORE INFO

"Time to hack" is an approximation of how long it would take an experienced cybercriminal to break your password. The longer, more complex, and more original your password is, the longer it will take to hack.

"Times leaked" indicates how many times the password you have chosen has been contained in a mass data breach. It is an indication of how popular the password is. Popular passwords are more likely to be guessed or hacked.

You can automatically reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the log in page or in your account settings.  Please email onlinesupport@mybusiness.com.au with any questions.

The Cyber Health Check questionnaire is extensive to get a thorough understanding of your business and delivers a detailed plan on how you can make improvements to protect your business.

Your Cyber Risk Score provides you with a baseline of how at risk your business is from a cyber threat. The higher the score, the more at risk your business is. You can reduce your score by actioning your tasks within your Business Toolkit and marking them off as 'complete' when done.

Businesses with a risk score between 70-100 are at high risk of cyber threats and have many exposed areas that can easily be rectified. When you have a risk score between 50-70, you understand basic cyber security with areas to improve. Below 50 is your goal and therefore reduces your risk of a breach considerably. Some areas will always be at risk, and therefore you will be unable to reduce the score. As a business, you need to focus your attention in these areas to keep it safe.

NIST is the National Institute of Standards and Technology at the U.S. Department of Commerce. The NIST Cybersecurity Framework helps businesses of all sizes better understand, manage, and reduce their cybersecurity risk and protect their networks and data.

The Essential 8 are Cyber Mitigation Strategies. While no single mitigation strategy is guaranteed to prevent cyber security incidents, organisations are recommended to implement eight essential mitigation strategies as a baseline. This baseline, known as the Essential Eight, makes it much harder for adversaries to compromise systems. Furthermore, proactively implementing the Essential Eight can be more cost-effective in terms of time, money, and effort than responding to a large-scale cyber security incident.
