You should know we earn a fee from providing this service. What we earn supports what we do for you. What we receive is used to offset the cost of providing the service and advocating for change and a fair go on energy for business. The subcontractor engaged to deliver the services on behalf of My Business receives introductory fees from the above energy retailers, a portion of which is shared with My Business in connection with customers who receive the above services.

No, your energy "supplier" AKA the energy "distributor" will not change. They will continue to manage the maintenance and reliability of your supply. If you decide to switch with Zembl, only your Retailer may change AKA the company that bills you for your energy usage and consumption. 

After you've decided to proceed with the rates we've offered, we'll set up a Market Retailer Contract for you. This guarantees that you won't be subject to Default Market Rates, which are typically much higher, throughout the duration of your contract. We'll guide you through the entire process and ensure you have the option to stay on Market rates in the future. Additionally, small business and residential customers won't face any exit fees (unless part of a small business multisite agreement). However, larger commercial businesses may incur exit and termination fees if they are in a contract.
