AMP Workplace End User Terms

The abovenamed Authorised User confirms that they have read the End User Terms and agrees, on behalf of the abovenamed company/entity (End User), to the End User Terms. The abovenamed Authorised User confirms that they have authority to agree to the End User Terms on behalf of the End User.
