Service NSW offers a Business Concierge that can identify support available and help you complete any financial relief application forms. You can book a call for a time that suits or phone 13 77 88 Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm.

Service NSW also provides an extensive range of resources for business support: 

  • business guides – includes step-by-step instructions on dealing with a disaster 
  • telco support – Telstra disaster assistance with free calls and reconnection support
  • mental health support – includes contact numbers for 24-hour help
  • business loans information – disaster relief loans
  • insurance support – a guide to making a claim. 

You may also be eligible for financial assistance via the Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP). Visit Disaster Assist for up-to-date information. Claims are submitted online via Services Australia

In addition, the four big banks in Australia are offering financial relief packages to support flood impacted customers. For personalised support, it’s recommended you get in touch with your bank – when you’re ready to do so, for information relating to your circumstances.
